Pull the best shots in the Tri-Valley.
The coffee at Lap One has to be genuinely good, not an afterthought behind the play zone. When we open, we'll want a barista who cares about the cup and is unfazed by a little happy chaos. We're not hiring yet, we're just finding our people early.
- Dial in and pour. Espresso, milk, and real consistency shift after shift.
- Run the bar. Speed, a clean station, and a calm counter through the morning rush.
- Like people (and kids). Warm with parents, patient with toddlers, part of what makes it feel like home.
- Flexible hours. Mornings, weekends, and the busy stretches.
Lap One is a cafe with a play space and an RC race track, coming to the Tri-Valley. Not open yet, so this is us lining up the right people early.
